Impact

The Mt. SAC Astronomy Department awards this scholarship annually to outstanding students who have completed astronomy coursework and/or contributed toward the advancement of the College’s Astronomy Program. Students currently enrolled at Mt. SAC are selected based on academic achievement and program participation. The program is funded through contributions made by donors and from the proceeds of an annual fundraising dinner featuring a prominent speaker from the field of astronomy or space science.
