Impact

Esther and Edward Walters were well known in the Covina area for their involvement in community activities. Mrs. Walters was a past president of the Covina Woman’s Club. Mr. Walters was Secretary/Manager of the Covina Irrigation Company for over 40 years. Mr. Walters was also a member of the Mt. SAC Foundation Board the year the Foundation was formed. The scholarship is given to students with high academic achievements who have been actively involved in campus and community activities.
