Impact

Tasse Godinez Garmong was a beloved member of the Mt. SAC forensics team from 2000 – 2002, and all who saw her perform were captivated by her talent. Most notably, she was part of two national championship teams and is one of the few community college students to ever win a national AFA-NST championship. Although her bright light burned out too soon, this scholarship was founded as a way to honor Tasse’s memory by helping another shining star in forensics reach greater heights.
