Impact

Frank Leon was a beloved father, grandfather, entrepreneur, former U.S. Marine, and Vietnam Veteran. Frank always believed in helping others, advocating on social and financial disparities among minorities, and speaking up for those whose voices go unheard. This award is intended to assist DREAM students reach their full potential in achieving a higher education, as well as honor the “pay it forward” attitude that Frank believed in.
