Orange County Farm Bureau Scholarship

The Orange County Farm Bureau provides grassroots advocacy and support to the agriculture industry. This scholarship is awarded to deserving students who value agriculture and hope to facilitate connections between their community and where its food comes from. Preference is given to agricultural science students that participate in extracurricular activities.

To be considered, applicants must:

• Be returning to Mt. SAC next academic year
• Have completed at least 9 units of Agriculture courses (AGHE – Ag Animal Health Technology, AGAN – Ag Animal Science General, AGAG – Ag General Subjects, AGLI – Ag Livestock Production, AGOR – Ag Ornamental Horticulture, AGPE – Ag Pet Science, ASCI,-Animal Science
• Promote the Mt. SAC Ag department in other areas of your life outside of school
• Be a resident of or have an interest in an agricultural career in Orange County
