National Board for Respiratory Care Scholarship

The National Board for Respiratory Care supports the long-term recruitment, retention and advancement of respiratory therapists and is dedicated to increasing the number of respiratory care students and practitioners. Scholarships for current and future respiratory care practitioners enrolled at Mt. SAC are open to students who:

• Are in good academic standing at Mt. SAC
• Have at least a Mt. SAC cumulative GPA of 2.0
• Are currently enrolled in the Mt. SAC Respiratory Therapy Program
• Have a completed FAFSA/CA Dream Act Application on file at Mt. SAC for the current academic year and have been determined to have unmet need
• Will be continuing in the Mt. SAC Respiratory Therapy Program cohort in the fall of 2024
• Plan to graduate in June 2025 from the Mt. SAC Respiratory Therapy Program
