Wesley Ninneman Memorial Scholarship

Mr. Ninneman taught foreign languages at Mt. SAC from 1956 to 1963. From 1951 to 1957, he served as a part-time translator for Atomics International. Mr. Ninneman held memberships in the American Association of Teachers of German, C.T.A., National Education Association and the F.A.C.C.C. He was well-traveled and fluent in six languages. This scholarship, established in his memory in 1988, is given to a student of outstanding academic achievement in the field of foreign language.
