Professor Sandon Larson Memorial Scholarship

The purpose of the Sandon Larson Memorial scholarship is to support a student who is determined to obtain higher education despite setbacks in honor of our colleague who had a huge impact on the Mt. SAC Sign Language and Interpreting Program. Our friend Sandon Larson passed away too early and had a huge influence over many people. As a Deaf person, he held a special place in his students’ hearts by sharing the love for his language of ASL and Deaf Culture with many people.
