Kinesiology Scholarship, part of The Osher Initiative for California Community College Students

Mt. SAC is home to the most successful community college athletic programs for men and women. The athletic department has captured 50 California Community College State Championships, 4 National Titles and has consistently finished in the top 4 in the prestigious NATYCAA Cup Award, which nationally recognizes excellence in overall community college athletics. Mt. SAC’s Athletic Program has captured two NATYCAA Cup titles, 2010-11 and 2008-09, and finished second during four other seasons. The championship-winning athletic program offers 20 collegiate sports and is an integral part of the College’s overall educational offerings. Mt. SAC student-athletes excel on the field and in the classroom and in the spirit of their success this award is given.
