The David & Claudia Ortiz Family Scholarship was created to support single parents who are pursuing higher education while balancing school, work, and family responsibilities. As a former single parent working toward my degree, I understand the hardships
of this journey. With my children’s encouragement and my husband’s support, I persevered and completed my degree.Our family wants to give back by helping another determined parent on this journey. This scholarship recognizes resilience, dedication, and the pursuit of a better future, offering financial support to ease the burden and inspire continued success.
